Edmonton Real Estate Market Update

Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week’s numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:

New Listings: 470 (518, 586, 610)
# Sales: 334 (358, 381, 401)
Ratio: 71% (69%, 65%, 66%)
# Price Changes: 266 (320, 288, 312)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 270 (118, 114, 105)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -134 (42, 91, 104)
Active single family home listings: 2876 (2948, 2935, 2851)
Active condo listings: 1736 (1802, 1783, 1743)
Homes 4-week running average: $426k ($426k, $429k, $435k)
Condos 4-week running average: $259k ($256k, $258k, $260k)

I'm just putting the finishing touches on our final monthly report that includes the Greater Edmonton Area, so I'll leave this up for your interpretation and get back to the monthly one.

    4 weeks running average for homes is a bit off..

      I think it’s 426,000 for SFH average from the chart.
