Edmonton Real Estate Market Update

Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week’s numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:

New Listings: 615 (451, 567, 581)
# Sales: 369 (296, 411, 327)
Ratio: 60% (65%, 72%, 56%)
# Price Changes: 220 (178, 155, 186)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 207 (67, 84, 59)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 39 (91, 72, 195)
Active single family home listings: 2372 (2349, 2274, 2234)
Active condo listings: 1519 (1494, 1462, 1424)
Homes 4-week running average: $426k ($426k, $419k, $422k)
Condos 4-week running average: $252k ($251k, $250k, $248k)

I'm working on the final monthly report right now, so I'll leave this as it is and have the monthly stats up shortly.

        another nay sayer who seemingly are negative even when time are turning good…. people, you just can’t change these types of people… negative is all they see in life….

    MT naysayer types cannot fathom the headlines….. for them this is an impossible scenario in the bubble paradigms they live currently live in… paradigms or world views, especially when they gain hold, are tough to break….
