Luxury Leasing in Edmonton

Finding luxury properties for lease is one of the challenges of the Edmonton real estate market. Every year I deal with a few luxury leases and it is a challenge. Be it a professional athlete that isn’t entirely certain about their contract, the senior executive/consultant who will only be here for a year or two, or the high level foreign worker here on a temporary visa, there always seems to be someone looking for a high end rental in Edmonton.

So here I am again, I have a client that fits in the category above looking for a high end property to lease. Value of the property should be in the 1 million plus range to fit their needs and it should be located centrally or in the south west. If you have a property that fits this range, and would be interested in having remarkable tenants who can easily afford high end rental property terms and rents, contact me.

That property is in College Woods, initally sold pre-crash for like 750k. Then listed for 1.07 for a couple years (typical Sally Munro pricing). Right now reduced to below 0.9. And now for rent? The seller obviously missed the chance before the new developments in Windermere were ready to provide better selections.

I think you need to read the article again. It’s not about the house in the photo.

If she chose to use a current Edmonton listing as the photo, it’s reasonable to think that’s related.

It’s a photo I took of a luxury home that we sold a few years ago, and then sold again…. as far as I now it’s not currently for rent. The chances that someone would recognize it and know some of the history and think it’s for rent and read this blog (or misread the article)….pretty slim! Interesting you know one agent didn’t sell it but don’t know we sold it twice!

Yep, you can be famous by not selling a house, because the for sale sign with your name will be there for hundreds of days.

This is certainly not the case in Toronto I don’t think…

I read your blog immediately after you posted the story on twitter and could appreciate your trouble in finding some high end options. I thought I would be gracious enough to maybe offer a lead so I sent you a msg via twitter right away.

This was 2 days ago and you still haven’t replied. I am not a Realtor, long time reader of your blog and just a regular Joe. I have to say I’m extremely surprised I received no response. Maybe the property I had in mind wasn’t a good fit, but how would you or your client know when you didn’t even ask for the info.

Hi Mike, Neither Sheldon nor I received a message from you via twitter. We’ve both emailed you and gotten no response – we would definitely like to get the information from you.
