A person called in on one of our builder's properties this morning saying there were no tracks to the home but the upstairs balcony door was wide open. WOW! It was a sharp reminder that if you have a vacant property you will need to check on it frequently. Make sure the walks are shovelled and the heat is on. The last thing you want is a flood because of frozen pipes.

Ben at least your consistent. If you ever publish a good news story I swear i’ll burn myself like the tower commander in top gun when Maverick does the fly by. There is a good news component to this for Alberta. We refine our own oil and keep those jobs here. Seems like a great idea to me.

We do refine it ourselves but there’s a limit to how much refined product we need in Alberta and area. The Keystone XL will increase oilsands development because it’s more efficient to ship the crude to the gulf and around the world where it can be refined for different uses closer to the place where it’s used.
