      The annual report/forecast takes a lot of effort to put together. We spend a significant amount of time analyzing the data and offer the report to our clients, as a benefit for choosing to work with us. We decided a couple of years ago to offer the report to our readers as well, all we ask in return is a valid email address or facebook profile. Considering the time and effort it takes to put the report together, we don’t feel that is a lot to ask. Of course, we can’t please all of the people all of the time, so if it displeases you see if you can find someone else to put together a comprehensive report on the Edmonton real estate market and give it to you for free. Otherwise you can continue to enjoy our weekly and monthly updates on the market and miss out on one report a year.

    Agreed put it out there, why two class readership. I like your blog, don’t get me wrong, but two level readership is not fun
