I’d say that the spring rush is over. We start to see a few indicators of a possible 2007 look alike now.
It doesn’t matter, life goes on.
Luckily, according to the first graph only 700 houses can be listed per week. har har har.
It’s going to be an interesting fall. I’m still in serious buying mode though.
