First Foundation Mortgages is hosting a home buying seminar for women only! The event takes place on March 17, 2010 and features female speakers (including Sara) experienced in mortgages, real estate, law and more to answer your questions about buying a home. This event is free, but is limited to 55 attendees, so register today if you're thinking about buying a home.

- Why should I use a real estate agent?
- What not to do before you take possession
- Why does my mortgage broker need so much information?

- How important is my credit score? If it’s not great right now, what steps can I take to repair it?
