Net loss/gain in listings this week: 66 (78,82, 57)
Active listings for single family homes: 1731 (1641,1573, 1484)
Active listings for condos: 1391 (1366,1326, 1298)
The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton is reporting 1,215 residential sales this month. The average residential sale price is $316k, single family homes at $364k and condos at $233k.
