New listings: 417 (454, 358, 394)
# Sales: 228 (200, 196, 180)
Ratio: 55% (44%, 55%, 46%)
# Price changes: 136 (146. 134, 114)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 82 (57, 73, 142)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 82 (57, 89, 72)
Active listings for single family homes: 1573 (1484, 1448, 1377)
Active listings for condos: 1326 (1298, 1271, 1244)
The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton is reporting 550 sales so far this month which could put us around 1400 for the month (up significantly from last month and last year). The average residential sale price is currently $324k (up from $314k two weeks ago), single family homes $371k (up from $362k) and condos $244k (up from $238k).
