When we launched our new home buyers search for the Edmonton area we were surprised by the response. In one month we got over 250,000 page views! Wow! A lot of people are using this new MLS® search.
One of the common questions from clients and friends is: "what is the easiest way to see what’s for sale in my neighbourhood?"
Prior to us launching www.EdmontonRealEstate.pro (as in search like a pro) the only way for people to see what was for sale in their neighborhood was for them to do a complicated search on MLS.ca or contact a REALTOR®.
Now all you have to do is go to www.EdmontonRealEstate.pro and click on Neighbourhoods and select your neighborhood and then hit search. bada bing, bada boom you have all the properties listed for sale on the MLS® System in your neighborhood. Yes it's that easy and you don't have to sign in (unless you want to save the search and have any new listings in your neighbourhood emailed to you automatically – sweet!). Your anonymity is always guaranteed.
Here's what the search would look like if you lived in:
Breckenridge Greens in Lewis Estates which is in the west end of Edmonton, or Rutherford in the south west of Edmonton.
There are a lot of other unique features and searches that you can take advantage of on www.EdmontonRealEstate.pro, and more new features coming all the time. Got a suggestion to make it better? Let us know and we'll try!

I know of some real estate search sites that have ‘street view’ for properties. This utilises google street view and allows the searcher to control the camera view to give 360 degree views around the property. It is handy to see what the area around a property looks like for example is there a bus depot across the road from a house. This wouldn’t show up on normal pictures of a house but being able to see it saves a wasted trip in the car to the property.
Hi Spud, As soon as Google streetview launches in Edmonton it will be live on our site…. can’t wait for streetview in Edmonton!
Great achievement and i am looking forward for the new section.
Street view would be awesome!
Also, since they’ve added mapping, I find that the MLS site is actually quite easy to use.
Hey guys, the site looks great! I included it in a webinar last week as an example of a ‘good’ website. And add my name to the list of people who are excited about streetview!
Hi Guys,
This is a great tool!
The visual map component is great for people like me who are very visual by nature.
I still find MLS.ca not as user friendly as it once was back in the day. Maybe it’s just me, but I really preferred the old school version.
Thanks for sharing this tool.
Regards,
Neil.
