The third dimension to the circle is the price of housing.
Then = Price of homes were climbing rapidly, creating a buying frenzy.
Now = Price of homes are out of reach, which equals no buying frenzy and no sales.
Can anyone say how October is shaping up?
Greg, from my own observation, October is about the same as September. The changes are negligible. I think we will have a stagnant winter. The real showdown will happen next May.
