I checked on the sales again today and it looks a decent surge has put it on track for last years levels or very close to it. Buyer activity remains strong. I still see a dip in pricing. dip being defined as less than 5%. Time will tell 
But many tell me i’m wrong. Long term looks good short term less certain.
